Wedding photographers can get paid big money, but even if you’re not doing it for money you’ll still want to get some great shots. Posed shots are good for a lot of people and some also enjoy more spontaneous pictures. In fact, there are some individuals who prefer that their wedding pictures are spontaneous because they capture the joy and beauty of the day more clearly than the posed pictures.

With a digital SLR camera, you can shoot some amazing wedding pictures quite easily, but be sure to get familiar with the camera you are using. That way, when a friend or family member asks you about it you won’t panic or have to turn them down because you aren’t comfortable with your camera and your abilities yet.
